Kathie Bobbitt has over 19 years experience in driving success for hundreds of organizations. She is Kinesis Development LLC Founder, Organizational Success Coach and Trainer and is a Peak Potentials Certified Trainer. She has served as Ambassador for the Greater Easley Chamber, member of Pickens County Vision 2025 Steering Committee, Oconee - Pickens County Chamber Coalition, Leadership Pickens County and Rotary Club International. She was an officer with American Business Women Association.

Kathie has facilitated the establishment of quality management systems in a variety of organizations.   She served as Senior Representative for Underwriters Laboratories and BSI Certified ISO 9000 Quality Systems Assessor. She was responsible for assessing thousands of products for safety and quality. She has assessed manufacturing and business operating procedures and processes. She has assisted in implementing efficient and effective manufacturing and business operation process flow systems that assured communication throughout organizations for hundreds of companies. She was Planning and Scheduling Manager responsible for scheduling resources for operations and projects for a large bakery.

She served in the United States Air Force and was chosen by Greenville Talk Magazine as one of Greenville’s 2007 25 Most Beautiful Women based on her efforts to help make her community a better place to live. She is married, has two children and a grandson.
